Sionix LLC ("Sionix," "we," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and their users. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Public blockchain data. Sionix analyzes publicly available on-chain data including wallet addresses, transaction hashes, block numbers, timestamps, and smart contract interactions. This data is publicly accessible to anyone on the blockchain and is not personal data.
Customer account data. When you create a Sionix account, we collect your business email address, company name, and contact information. This is used solely for account management, billing, and communication.
API usage data. We log API requests including the wallet addresses scanned, timestamps, response codes, and processing times. This data is used for billing, rate limiting, and service improvement.
Sionix does not link, attempt to link, or facilitate linking wallet addresses to real-world identities. Our risk scoring is based entirely on on-chain behavioral analysis of public data. We do not perform or support deanonymization.
Each customer's data is isolated to their account. Your scan queries, monitored wallets, alert configurations, webhook endpoints, and API keys are not visible to or accessible by any other Sionix customer. We do not share one customer's query data with another customer.
API usage logs and scan results are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Upon request, we will delete your account data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data (such as total threat counts across the network) may be retained indefinitely as it contains no customer-specific information.
In the event of a data breach, Sionix will notify affected customers within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Given that Sionix processes primarily public blockchain data and stores only hashed API keys and account information, the impact of a breach is inherently limited — there is no personal user data, no private keys, and no identity information to expose.
Sionix does not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties. We do not use customer scan data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the service. The only exception is if required by law, in which case we will notify the affected customer unless prohibited from doing so.
Sionix processes publicly available blockchain data which is inherently global and not subject to jurisdictional data transfer restrictions. Customer account data is stored in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, by using Sionix you consent to the transfer and processing of your account data in the United States.
For customers subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation: Sionix acts as a data processor on your behalf when processing wallet addresses you submit for scanning. We process this data solely to provide the service. We do not use it for any other purpose. We will enter into a Data Processing Agreement upon request — contact legal@sionix.tech.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support@sionix.tech. Since Sionix does not collect personal data about your end users, we cannot fulfill data subject requests on their behalf — those requests should be directed to you as the data controller.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Privacy questions should be directed to legal@sionix.tech.
