Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Sionix API, website, or any services provided by Sionix Technologies ("Sionix," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Sionix provides an API-based platform for on-chain risk intelligence, including wallet risk scoring, threat detection, monitoring, and cluster intelligence across EVM-compatible blockchains. The service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered access levels.

3. Account Registration

To use the API, you must create an account and receive an API key. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your API key
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to facilitate illegal activity, money laundering, or sanctions evasion
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary detection logic
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense API access without written consent
Exceed your plan's rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions
Use the service to harass, stalk, or surveil individuals
Submit false or misleading data to manipulate risk scores
Attempt to access internal systems, endpoints, or data beyond the public API

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Overages beyond your monthly scan limit are billed at the published overage rate. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. Service Level

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise customers receive SLA terms as specified in their service agreement. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Data & Privacy

Sionix processes blockchain addresses and on-chain transaction data, which are publicly available. We do not collect personal information beyond what is required for account registration and billing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All detection logic, scoring algorithms, cluster intelligence, and proprietary methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Sionix Technologies. API responses are licensed for your internal use only and may not be redistributed without consent.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Risk scores are probabilistic assessments based on on-chain data and proprietary intelligence. Sionix does not guarantee the accuracy of any individual score and is not liable for decisions made based on API output.

Sionix is not a financial advisor, law enforcement agency, or regulatory authority. Our service provides risk intelligence — not legal or compliance advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sionix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sionix, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your API key will be revoked and access to the service will cease immediately.

13. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Sionix Technologies is incorporated.
